What this site is
jillysocks.com is an online store. Product photos, colors, and descriptions are meant to be accurate. Screens and lighting can still make a bow or knit look slightly different in person.

Purchases
Orders are offers to buy. We accept an order when we send a confirmation email and charge your payment method. We can cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, we cannot ship to the address, or we suspect fraud.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Shipping is described in our shipping policy. Returns are described in our refund policy.

No professional advice
Nothing on this site is medical, fitness, or professional advice. Grip socks can help on a reformer, mat, or barre. They do not replace instruction from your studio or a qualified teacher. If a class requires a specific sock, follow that studio’s rule.

Intellectual property
The Jilly Socks name, product names, photos, and site copy belong to us or to people who licensed them to us. You may not copy the catalog, product photos, or brand name to sell lookalikes or run ads as if you are us.

User content
If you send a photo, review, or comment, you give us permission to show it on the site and social accounts in connection with Jilly Socks. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share.

How we collect and use information is in our privacy policy.

We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to, including Instagram, Shopify checkout providers, and carriers.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jilly Socks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the products. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
