Shipping policy

We want you socks on your feet before the next class, not sitting in a warehouse mystery zone.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

If you need a pair sent somewhere else, email us at hello@jillysocks.com before you order and we will tell you if we can do it and what it costs.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order shipped to the United States. No Minumum.

Processing time

Orders are packed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

In-stock orders usually leave our studio within 5 business days after you check out. You will get a tracking email when the label is created.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in 3-7 business days with our standard carrier.

Alaska, Hawaii, and remote ZIP codes can take longer.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses can add time.

Order changes and address mistakes

If the package is already in transit, we cannot redirect it ourselves. If it comes back to us as undeliverable, we can reship after you send the correct address. Extra postage may apply.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If tracking stops moving for more than 7 days after the last scan, or the carrier marks it delivered and you do not have it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number. We will open a carrier claim and replace the order or refund you once we have confirmed what happened.

Damaged in transit

If the package arrives crushed or the socks are damaged, photograph the box and the product and email us within 7 days. We will replace the pair.

Taxes and duties

U.S. orders: sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
International orders (if we accept one): you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country.

Holiday and high-volume periods

During holidays and sale periods, processing can take a little longer. We will post a notice on the site if that is happening.
